		<description>Jinglebob: I bought Pollan&#039;s &quot;Second Nature&quot; as required reading in an Environmental History class at Yale -- and if that book&#039;s any indication, this book will not only be informative, but an easy and entertaining read. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;The Omnivore&#039;s Dilemma was on my Christmas list this year, but didn&#039;t show -- maybe Amazon has a deal on the two of them ...&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Dad just dropped a half a grass-fed longhorn into our freezer last weekend. That&#039;s good eatin&#039;, my friend!</description>
